Preparations are underway for the Ten Healthy Meals Classes, presented in partnership with San Benito Medical Society, San Benito Bounty and the San Benito County Office of Education. Based on the wish presented by Jamie Oliver, the 2010 TED Award winner, the goal is to ensure the youth (and adults!) of our community have the cooking skills to produce healthful, delicious meals. Over seven million viewers tuned into the debut of his TV show last week. Be looking for the announcement of the first class. Free to the community, each class will be offered in English and Spanish. Participants will taste the food and take home the recipes. See you there!
